Question about V-Miner.
How many Miners can i have in my household.

ELECTRICITY SUPPLY:  Each V-Miner ONE consumes an average of between 15-25 Watts. To give you an idea, it is the same as a Cellphone when it is charging. A Microwave, or a kettle runs at 1600-2000 Watts. As long as the electrical installation accompanies, in a common home connection you can easily have about 80 V-Miners.

INTERNET, LATENCY and others: The computers have an optimized operating system to work even with low internet resources. Each device must be connected via cable to a modem, switch or AP.

HEAT/SPACE ISSUE: Depending on the amount of equipment you have, they should be in a place with good ventilation or not.

Question about V-Miner.

The mining of cryptocurrencies is not punished by any law, except in some other country such as China, which is a very specific case.  If you have any questions regarding this issue feel free to contact us or your local authorities.

The equipment is simply powered by electricity and must have an internet connection to be able to do its job correctly. As long as the user complies with the payment conditions of the contracted services to supply the unit, there is nothing wrong with that.

Questions about the V-Miner.
What is Mining, and why do i receive a reward?

Cryptocurrency mining corresponds to Proof-of-Work activity that basically works by "processing user transactions through a decentralized network." In simple words, with the machines we offer ourselves as "transaction verifiers" in exchange for receiving a part of the commission paid by the client when carrying out an operation. It is a network in which anyone can participate. By participating we also add more security to the ecosystem. What is earned as commission are cryptocurrencies.

These cryptocurrencies are now listed on the world market and are very easily exchangeable for other cryptocurrencies or fiduciary currencies. We help you if you need it, just contact us!

Questions about the V-Miner.
What kind of maintenance do the miners need?

DUST ISSUE: Once every 6 months we recommend to inspect the units. You can send them to us free of charge, and we will take care of it. We have equipment to do the correct cleaning of the units. All cleaning, whether done by the user or by us, must be done with the unit turned off and unplugged from the wall outlet.

ELECTRICAL ISSUE: As long as the electrical installation accompanies, in a common home connection you can easily have about 80 miners. There are exceptions with three-phase connections. We recommend checking the thermals and circuit breakers of the home when in doubt. All equipment is included with a protection shoe against voltage spikes and configured with a start timer.

INTERNET TOPIC: It is not necessary to hire a large amount of internet download or upload. The important thing for the correct operation is a fluid internet so that the machine can communicate continuously with the mining pool.

HEAT/SPACE ISSUE: Depending on the amount of equipment you have, they should be in a place with good ventilation or not.
